Terms of Use

These Terms apply to all contracts between CamproiInsights Analytics Ltd (referred to as "we", "us" or "our") and our customers (referred to as "you" or "Customer") regarding the use of our website and analytics platform services.

We offer a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for product analytics, marketing analytics and business intelligence:

• Product Analytics: Event tracking, conversion funnels, retention analysis, user behavior metrics
• Marketing Analytics: Campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, multi-channel attribution, conversion tracking
• BI Integration: Data visualization, integration with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, data warehouse connectivity
• Data Management: Secure data storage, data export, API access, reverse ETL capabilities

The exact features, pricing and service levels depend on your selected subscription plan. Details are available on our website or will be provided during the sales process.

A contract is formed through the following steps:

1. You request a subscription or book a demo (online, via email or phone)
2. We provide you with a proposal or you select a plan on our website
3. You complete the registration and payment process
4. The contract is formed upon our acceptance of your order and payment confirmation

You will receive a written confirmation by email with all important information about your subscription, including access credentials and billing details.

All prices are in Euro (€) or as otherwise specified and include applicable VAT. Current pricing is available on our website:

• Launch Plan: €79/month (billed annually) - Up to 500K events/month, up to 5 seats
• Growth Plan: €249/month (billed annually) - Up to 5M events/month, up to 20 seats
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - From 5M events/month, custom seats and features

Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. For annual subscriptions, payment is due upfront. For monthly subscriptions, payment is due monthly in advance. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the platform.

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of contract formation without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day of contract formation.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the cancellation form provided, but this is not mandatory.

In case of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

After the 14-day cancellation period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with its operation
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Comply with data protection laws when using our platform to track user data

We commit to providing our platform with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards. Our platform is hosted on reliable cloud infrastructure with high availability targets.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): We aim for 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers receive specific SLA guarantees as outlined in their contract.

Important Disclaimer: Our platform provides analytics and data visualization tools. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the data or insights provided by our platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss (except as caused by our gross negligence), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your Data: All analytics data (events, user interactions, metrics) that you track through our platform belongs to you. You retain all rights to your data. We process your data according to your instructions and do not use it for our own purposes beyond providing the service.

Our Platform: The CamproiInsights platform, including all software, code, designs, documentation, and methodologies, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is the property of CamproiInsights Analytics Ltd.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes during the subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information about the collection, use and storage of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

When using our platform to track user data, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). You must obtain necessary consents and provide required privacy notices to your users.

We process your analytics data as a data processor on your behalf. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect upon publication, unless otherwise required by law.

For existing contracts, the Terms that were valid at the time of contract formation apply, unless both parties explicitly agree to apply the modified Terms.

Material changes to Terms will be communicated to active customers via email at least 30 days in advance.

Termination by Customer: You can terminate your subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

Termination by Us: We may terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of serious breach.

Data Export: Upon termination, you can export your data for up to 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by English law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Jurisdiction: For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
