How is CamproiInsights priced?

CamproiInsights is offered as a subscription (monthly or yearly) based on the selected plan, number of seats and monthly event volume. Launch is ideal for small teams, Growth for scaling SaaS and ecommerce, and Enterprise for organisations with higher volumes and BI needs. You can upgrade or downgrade as your usage evolves.

What counts as an event and how are limits calculated?

An event is any tracked action you send to CamproiInsights (for example sign up, feature use, purchase, campaign click or custom product event). Your monthly volume is calculated as the total number of processed events across all projects in your workspace.

Which product metrics can I track with CamproiInsights?

You can track the full product funnel and lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion and retention. Typical metrics include activation rate, funnel conversion between key steps, feature adoption and cohort-based retention. You can segment by plan, country, device, campaign or any other property you send.

Can I build retention cohorts without writing SQL?

Yes. CamproiInsights lets you define retention events (for example "user returns to dashboard" or "makes a purchase") through the UI and automatically builds cohorts based on signup or first‑action date. You can switch between classic and rolling retention views and filter by segments.

How does CamproiInsights help with marketing ROI analysis?

You can bring spend, impressions and conversion events from your main channels into one model and compare campaigns based on cost per acquisition, revenue and long‑term value. CamproiInsights supports multi‑touch views, so you can see how campaigns contribute to pipeline and revenue, not only clicks.

Which marketing and CRM tools can I connect?

CamproiInsights supports integrations with major ad platforms, email tools and CRMs via connectors and exports. You can also push curated metrics back into your marketing stack using reverse ETL, so teams can act on analytics in their day‑to‑day tools.

How does CamproiInsights work with Power BI and Tableau?

We expose curated, analytics‑ready datasets that you can connect to Power BI, Tableau and other BI tools. This means your central dashboards use the same definitions for metrics and funnels as product and marketing teams see in CamproiInsights.

Can I use my existing data warehouse?

Yes. For Enterprise plans we support modelling on top of your existing warehouse and syncing derived metrics back. This is useful if you already have a central data stack and want CamproiInsights to be the exploration and collaboration layer for product and marketing.

Where is data stored and how do you handle compliance?

CamproiInsights uses reputable cloud providers with data centres in regions that support our customers' legal requirements. We apply industry‑standard security practices and act as a processor for customer data under data processing agreements. For details see our privacy policy.

Do you sell customer data?

No. Our business model is based on subscriptions and optional professional services. We do not sell or rent customer data. Aggregated, anonymised usage patterns may be used to improve the product or build benchmarks, but not to identify individual customers or end users.
