Customers pay a recurring fee (monthly or annually) for access to the CamproiInsights platform. Pricing depends on the selected plan, number of users and monthly event volume. All fees are clearly displayed on our pricing page and in individual offers.
Some customers additionally purchase onboarding and advisory services. These include event design, KPI definition, dashboard setup and team training sessions. These services are always agreed by contract and billed either as a fixed project or as an hourly package.
We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be used to improve the product and to create benchmark reports, but never in a way that identifies an individual customer or end user.
